A new media that I would like to see exist is a site that allows me to view all my social media sites in one. The site would allow me to click on tabs for each site that I use so that I wouldn't need to open all the apps to update my pages or scroll through my timelines. The site will also show me my notifications for all the sites. It may even have a special section for social media influencers to view their stats and engagement. I would want the site to have a clean layout and not make the pages seem too crowded.
Interestingly enough, I have found a website recently that exists like this. It is still underdevelopment but it is functioning. You can connect all your social media sites to the page and filter out content based on relevancy. There are other categories as well that are used in the filter feature like elimination of certain political views and advertisement. You can find content from all the websites.
ReplyDeleteI really like this idea, and I had thought about this too. Since now we have so many social medias and apps to use. It will be tired to check each app and see the feeds. But it will be much convenient to us if all of those were combined into one.
